BOX MEMORIAL PARK: Trees, shrubs and wildflowers highlight this park in a natural setting. Take a stroll through Belle Plaine’s most beautiful park on our 1/3 mile concrete trails, and then relax in the gazebo or on one of our many benches located throughout the park. A new shelter house was built in 2009 and a wildflower bio-swale is starting to take shape. This is a park that both young and old can enjoy. Located on the East side of town, between E. 13th and 15th Streets. Contact the the Parks and Recreation Department if you’re interested in adopting a flowerbed.
