 The undersigned agrees to follow all rules and regulations governing the use of the Belle Plaine Community Center and acknowledges that he/she has received a copy of the rules and regulations.

 The undersigned accepts and acknowledges responsibility for the care, clean-up or damage to the Community Center for the period of the rental agreement.

*** Please submit TWO checks.  One for reservation/daily fee/kitchen fee/ RSVP room.  Another check for $100 damage deposit when you pick up the key. Deposit check will be issued back to the renter after inspections are made and checklist is approved.   Pick up keys8:30-5pm@ City Hall no earlier than 48 hours prior to rental.  If the rental is on a weekend, the renter will have till5pmon the last business day of City Hall that week to pick up the keys.
