- The fee for shelter rental is $10.00 per day payable to the City of Belle Plaine. Forms are to be returned to City Hall along with payment or the shelter will not be reserved.
- Vendors may not sell products in the parks without first obtaining Park Board permission. All applicable insurance and licenses must be obtained prior to use.
- Organizations conducting special events must receive Park Board permission.
- Pet owners must clean up after their pets.
- No overnight camping without approval from the Parks and Recreation Director.
- There is a $10.00 camping fee per night with a 14 day maximum stay. Forms are at City Hall. Payment to be made at the Clerk’s Office in City Hall.
- Special permission is required from the Parks and Recreation Director for keg beer. A form must be filled out and a $10.00 fee paid. Forms are at City Hall.
- Tables may not be removed from the park shelters. An Equipment Loan Request will need to be filled out with a fee $10.00 per day for shelter rental. If the tables are damaged or lost during the loan period the responsible party will be liable for replacement of the table.
- City Park hours are 6:00 a.m. till 10:30 p.m.
