FRANKLIN PARK: Twenty-eight acres with trees and open grass areas. The largest park within the city with a variety of opportunities to re-create. Camping area, NEW AQUATIC CENTER, a tennis court, and baseball field are just a few of the facilities. Two shelters are also available for rent throughout the summer. New features in Franklin include playground equipment and an 18-hole disc golf course. Franklin is located at the intersection of 10th Avenue and 11th Street.
